Scheduled from September 8 to 10, the G20 Summit in New Delhi is anticipated to witness the participation of distinguished figures such as US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping, among other heads of nations. The Summit's focus on international economic cooperation and policy coordination underscores its importance in addressing pressing global issues.

The Delhi Police, in collaboration with the local administration, has meticulously planned the logistics and security arrangements for the event. Special Police Commissioner Madhup Tiwari highlighted the need for coordinated efforts, proposing the declaration of a public holiday during the Summit and temporary closure of commercial establishments, particularly in the New Delhi area.

In response to this proposal, the Delhi Chief Secretary has ordered the closure of all schools, government offices, and private institutions from September 8 to 10. Additionally, commercial and business establishments falling within the controlled zones designated by the administration will also remain closed. As Delhi readies itself to host the G20 Summit, the collective efforts of the government, law enforcement agencies, and citizens will play a pivotal role in ensuring the event's success.
